He was lazy today once again, very rarely tracked back and got our attacks going.
The Emirates, Old Trafford, Reading etc etc he's been a ****ing massive let down in terms of urgency, drive, passion, all qualities we used to come to expect from 'the man'. Number 1 Stevie G

I doubt it was his job to track back, we had Alonso and Masch holding, true he didn't do very much going forward, but thats not being lazy, you expect him to be excellent in every game? This season has been one to forget for him for sure, lets see what a proper rest in the summer will do for us next season.

Also the notion that Gerrard has not improved as a footballer since Geds last season deserves scorn.

Whether I agree or not with the comment about Gerrard being a better player in Ged's last season than now, any poster is intitled to have an opinion on that. I don't agree with a lot of what Kurt said today and he defo doesn't agree with a lot of what I am saying, but I am not going to try and treat his arguement with disdain or say that his notions deserve scorn because I don't agree with them.


AA can think that Stevie was better then if he wants,you disagree, that's fine. Maybe you argue a case as to why you think he is wrong, and he would do the same from his viewpoint. The rest who have an opinion could chip in and it could turn into a good thread.

He played a sublime pass to Pennant at the start of the game and Pennant blew it.I think what pisses him off at times is some of the average players we have that continously underperform.
