Alright mate. People I've been speaking to out there are telling me tout prices are pretty steep. My mate's cousin in Athens has been trying to pick us up a couple of tickets over there without much luck.

Greeks are very opportunistic - if they think they can take a foreigner for a ride, rest assured they will do so. Depending on how many reds go out there looking for tickets, your best bet might be to try and get a tout to bite very close to kick off, if there's any tickets left by that stage.

Me and my mates only get into Athens a few hours before kick off, so ideally we need to sort it before we get out there. Anyway, we carry on looking.

Hope to meet up with you guys out there, although in my case it would probably have to be after the game.

About 800 Euros I've heard. A few people have been offering tickets much cheaper, but they seem to be scammers.

Glad to say I got my flight tickets/booking in the post today. Chuffed and looking forward to the game. Was gutted Fowler wasn't included the last time I was over against Wigan and so am hopeful of the prodigal son type finish in the final. Unlikely, but what a bloody dream to come true!

Uh oh... just found out that AC Milans last Champions League final in Athens was in 1994 when they thrashed Barca 4-0. It was a majestic performance. Different stadium I am sure but I hope that is not a bad omen...

I think Barca were big favourites that night so hopefully we can produce a similar upset!

It was the same stadiumas well, I'm pretty sure of that. Athens only has one ground capable of holding such an event.

It was renovated for 2004....the stadium was built in 1980.

It's the same stadium as the one Milan beat Barca 4-0 in, they renovated the roof for the Olympics.
