I talked to my friend and he could get me Milan tickets.
I can't go so I had to turn him down.
The tickets would cost me €2000(two tickets). So I would not have been able to afford it anyway.
I love Liverpool but I love my girlfriend even more and I have promised her a trip to China and the olympics next year.
Sometimes love is very difficult
He said that he already got better offers than €2000 for the tickets
but he had promised me the tickets so he wanted an answer from me first.
It looks like the tickets will be very expensive this year.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

I just phoned an agency here in Iceland and they quoted me 2000 pounds for the tickets plus two nights in Athens without the flights. So I have to arrange my own flight and pay for that very dearly if there is any left plus flight to London and possibly a night over there. That could run up to the 4000´s :weepingsmiley:* The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

To nigths in Athens, at a hostel costs 25 quid. At a hotel, 70 quid.Originally posted by The_weatherman View PostI just phoned an agency here in Iceland and they quoted me 2000 pounds for the tickets plus two nights in Athens without the flights. So...you can probably see how ridiculous the profit is.
I suggest you book the hotel and flights yourself and try to get a ticket either on ebay or in Athens. It will be a lot cheaper than such a package anyway. But you wont be guaranteed a ticket...

I'm working on that aswell Maestro, If I can find a decent package ill do it.Originally posted by Maestro View PostAre you going Baz?Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'
"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

Why would you get a lazy boy?Originally posted by The_weatherman View PostOr just use the beforementioned 4000 quid and get me a lifetime´s worth of sports channels and a big Lazy Boy to watch the final in...
If you're going to buy a child, buy one with a little vitality so that he can go and get beer and mow the lawn.

He said: "Unfortunately, our ticket allocation for the game is not going to come close to satisfying the demand from our supporters.
"The bottom line is that we have been given only 17,000 tickets for a stadium with a capacity of 63,000 for the Final. We've expressed our disappointment at the figures, but have been told by UEFA that no more are available."
He continued: "We're conscious people want to make arrangements and what we can say at the moment, having analysed all the figures, is that supporters who purchased tickets for seven Champions League games (not including qualifiers against Maccabi Haifa) and had their purchases recorded on their fan cards, are guaranteed to get a ticket for the Final.
"However, due to the numbers involved, fans who purchased tickets for six Champions League matches home or away (not including qualifiers against Maccabi Haifa) or a combination of both and had their purchases recorded on their fan cards will have to be entered into a ballot for Final tickets. Season Ticket holders, members of the Auto Cup Scheme and fan-card holders will all have the same chance. None of these groups are being given priority.
"Those supporters who are successful in the ballot will be notified in writing by the Ticket Office.
"We have tried to be as fair as possible and work with the number of tickets allocated to us by UEFA, but inevitably there are going to be a lot of disappointed supporters and we can only apologise in advance for that."
Liverpool Football Club will announce full selling details for the Champions League Final on Tuesday 8th May 2007.
