When we win it, one of the most satisying things...
Will be seeing the Chavs having to go through the qualifying round.
As far as I am aware, when the rules were changed to grants us entry last year, the amendment was that the winners qualified as right. That means that the FA is only able to put forward 3 names for the 2008 competition, 2 of which would have to qualify.....
Of course it's more important to win number 6, but giving the lads an extra couple weeks off, and seeing the chavs go through qualifying would be really really nice

i think thats wrong actually mate, although i must admit i'm not certain, but i think the three teams will auto qualify

Nope three sides from England will go straight to Group stages. We will be seeded First.
Only really applies when Winners finish outside of Qualifying directly and the 4th place team go to UEFA Cup and third side have to Qualify

I thought the UEFA agreement after we went through in 2005 was that if a side below second won the trophy then they would take the automatic place while the second team would have to go into qualifying

Nope, as I understand it the lowest ranked side in Group Stages get moved down to Qualifiers
