Zenden takes far too much stick on here. The truth is that at his peak Zenden was top notch. You don't play 50 odd times for holland if you're no use. Trouble is, we got him 2 or 3 years too late. He's past his best and hasn't got that burst of speed he once had. His touch etc is still very good. People had a go at him after the 1st leg against Chelsea but he was being played out of position. He hasn't been a winger for 4 or 5 seasons now. For a free transfer he was excellent business and obviously contributes very well off the field.
I'm sure he'll probably go in the summer but if he does, I think we should thank him for a pretty decent contribution during his time at LFC.
That's a fine post

I agree. I think he's done OK. By all accounts a good professional, experienced back-up, reasonably versatile and sounds like he contributes a lot off the field too.
. Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
