    I only ask because I hadn't seen it and don't check 6CM.

If you're going to protest, protest against UEFA IMO.

Anyway, you're talking to me as if I'M planning the protest. I dont think it's the way to do things either, so you're preaching to the converted.

Yeah, protesting against the club and showing a feeling of internal displeasure is exactly what we need before the biggest game of the year, or indeed, the last two.

Parry has explained the situation and it was decided at the start of the season that this would be the method employed, tough **** unfortunately. And that is not to sound indifferent, I am waiting on my ticket too and I have a season ticket.

No matter how many tickets you get there will always be someone who cant get a ticket.

Protesting is stupid, we should concentrate on the game Sunday and the Final in Athens most IMPORTANT
When you feel like you're done, you are not alone........

Our ticket office is bent as ****.

I've heard people talking about it for years now but I've only noticed it with my own eyes this season at away matches.

In terms of the ballot, the numbers just dont add up. Around 20% success rate!

            It doesn't make ANY sense....

I think it's nearer half that, actually.

Talk doing the rounds that about 30k people in the ballot, vying for less than 4k tickets.

Lad on SCM right...his Dad has been a season ticket holder for over 40 years, been to all 6 of our European Cup finals. That's decades of time, money and effort and a **** load of air miles staying loyal to the club. He's missed out on a ticket to Athens.

                That's a ****ing disgrace.

If I were him I would be absolutely spitting ****ing livid.

No I'm not, just speaking generally.

This has seemed like the case for ages. If not bent, that abysmally run.

People have had to just cope with it for years. Not just ballots, but being charged on the phones for 2 mins, then automatically being hung up on. Not being able to get through in the first place. Online crashing within minutes, online 'tickets' never actually becoming available.

This looks like the straw that's broke the camel's back.

I dont agree with a protest in the conventional sense, but it doesnt surprise me that the sh*t looks like finally hitting the fan...almost literally, in this case.

It's been coming IMO - there's only so much abysmal treatment people can take.

Did he miss out in the ballot? That's unfortunate, but the club can't look into the history of everyone who applies for a ticket.
It's sad he's missed out, but he's not the only one.

IMO, the 'loyalty points' should be based on ALL games recorded, not competition specific. It rips the piss that i've been to nigh on 40 games this season and miss out, while some fecker who could've been to just 6 CL home games, gets a ticket for athens.

I know there's more demand than supply and i accept totally that loads will miss out. I dont doubt that there's plenty more 'loyal' than me, who have gone to more games than me and spent more money - they'll have missed out, and it's disgusting IMO.

All loyalty points should no longer be competition specific, if you've been to 15 league games, even only 3 or 4 CL games and 3 carling cup games, you should get a ticket above someone who only bothered to turn out for the 'glory' games in the CL.

Have you got a ticket for the final, by any chance?

Yeah but AA, there are always going to be people who deserve a ticket who don't get one. Many would argue that they would love the chance to have a season ticket, and to have been to all the other cup finals (the season ticket I have has received the same kind of action over the last 4 decades as it was my great-grandad's), but obviously don't have the option.

Similarly there are fans who have been to all the away legs and even the game at Haifa who won't be able to get a ticket. It's a horrible fact of life, unfortunately.
