Here in Slovenija, there were a lot of Milan fans but they are utter ****e. While Milan players were receiving medals and the trophy, all our lfc.si branch clapped and acknowleged the defeat, while Milan fans were just quite as ****...

We were proud and I personally am proud of our players! We didn't win, but still, we proved to the world that we are one of the best teams in the history of football! From 1977 to 2007! The best there was, the best there is and the best there ever will be.

I've just seen Carra's nterview on SSN. Top class. He was very gracious and even went as far as to say "Milan probably deserved it". That's not how I saw it but at least our players are gracious enough to accept the defeat.

I disagree completely with him to be honest.
On a seperate note, how wonderful was it that the milan players did a guard of honour sorta thing when the lpool players were going up to lift there runners up medal?

Im' glad it was Milan in the final...

...and not Chelsea in the semi's!....
I'm gutted but I genuinely believe we'll be there again next year with a stronger side. Let Milan Have there day, we'll bounce back even stronger.

It's easy to be magnanamous when you've just won. I think we saw the real Milan when they were whingeing about losing in 2005.

At least our lads were humble in defeat.

they we`re lucky today but unlucky 2 yrs ago,swings and roundabouts,we`ll be back!!!!!
