These are pre investment players, and by the sound of it, Foster will be doing Parrys job.

He is really telling Parry off. Hope he gets his way. IMO he deserves a chance to mould the club after his own ideas.

Parry is getting a good kick up the ass he deserves, and as Rafa has shown he isnt afraid to walk out if he doesnt get what he wants. He is a pure winner and a great manager that we are lucky to have and a whole host of clubs would love to take him away from us and some have tried

I Think Foster Gillette will be doing David Moores job, overseeing the whole day to day running of the club and will be reporting back to the owners on a regular basis.

If we go another Summer of targetting good players at say for example £15m and then after a month of negotiations the price is £20m so we say **** off I dread to think what will happen.

I think the money is there now but that doesnt mean we'll go lashing £20m at £10m-£15m players so its still so important that deals are negotiated properly and not always run into this price rise we always seem to encounter after weeks and weeks of talks.

I think he just wants things done quickly, not bow to clubs demands straight off but deals concluded swiftly which should be more than do able.

I think we always have the mentality to go for the cheaper option all the time which is just pants. Rafa wants this to stop and we have to think big and buy the best which im sure he will do if not he'll say goodbye and Real will get him the players he wants

I just wonder though how the american sports teams are run in a sporting sense in comparrison, would they act as fast as the ultra competitive European football leagues? are G&H still adapting to this?

These boys don't seem the type to **** around IMO baz, so I reckon they'll listen to what 'Roffa' is saying and move swiftly
