Mate it is. People from all over are willing to pay £500 odd for one game. If they can get a ticket for that game, from which they are travelling from god knows where, for half that price thy will buy them. Are they going to travel to the other games? Is someone from Norway gonna come one week then come back the next week and then come back again in a fortnight? Is he balls. He will come to the game he wants most. Now, he could do what he does now and pay £500 off some agency for his one trip or he can pay £250 from the club by being on the list. Which will he do?
Granted some ST holders now wont bother going to every game but they might miss one possibly 2 games. Youre talking about selling games in at least bundles of 3-4.

Next up, can you imagine the crowds of people who will be hanging around knowing they can get a ticket half an hour before kick off? The queues would be massive, then you have to get them all in the ground while the people who are late are made to wait? There would be quite a few kick offs mate.
As I have said, the only way Mini season tickets could work would be if Liverpools fanbase was all within a 1 1/2 - 2 hour radius who can get to every game but that simply isnt the case.
