Under Rafa, Cisse really has no function, cant cross so cant play on the wing, can hardly pass or manouver past a player so he cant play against a jammed defence that sits back, what´s left? The Houllier way. Oh, and as dww says, his runs were poorly timed and his finishing lack finesse so he can hardly be used for that role either if the defenders and goalie know what to do.* The above is posted in my opinion.
