So is his wife fit or looks proper filth?
I think it's a foul, and if the ref gives it. He got to give a penalty. I know it's outside the box, but you see them given that close to the area. So if the ref gives it he's got to give the penalty as it so close to the area. But I think it's a penalty. Robbie Savage 8/11/06

Are you watching Manchester United? Are you watching Chelsea? This is Liverpool F.C taking over the bloody world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, to be fair you've been bigging him up for ages now. Fair shout. Hope he continues like he did today.

ta mate, actually I was gonna wet me trousers when he was coming on for Crouchy
you can see quality in the lad, he is different than Crouch. He is stronger, can shoot from distance, assists on goals and can be a target man
Crouchy is more of a target man alone but gotta say his finish today was calm, cool and collective and no robot celebration

Kuyt also looks like he can play the role of a lone striker too. He seems to have all the attributes for the role if we need it. crouch can't really do the lone striker thing, so I guess it's another "possibility" for us should Rafa decide to use it!

His movement was brilliant - something that we often miss in the final third. I knew he was quite a big guy but he looked absolutely massive out there, he certainly won't need as long to adapt as other players might given that and his style of play. Gonna be a big hit for us methinks...

Great footballing brain - drops deep, instinctive, creative, thinks ahead of the play.

Reminded me of the play of legends in eras gone by - he could be immense for us.

brilliant movement, a few nice touches, got himself in the box bravely, decent pace.

very impressed with his momo impression and good tackling back.

for the first few minutes i was thinking "what the fek is sami doing up there"
as i didn't realise that he was such a big lad

An impressive first 25 minutes, fair play to you RS and all the other Kuyt officionardos

I'll be happier once he's off the mark, he was unlucky today. What a ball to Bellers though for that disallowed goal, that was brilliant vision.

Having said that, Crouch deserves a lot of credit for his goal today, that's 2 starts 2 goals this season for Crouchie plus he scored in the Community Shield. For some reason he only ever gets stick so I'd like to add my appreciation to Crouch as I seem to be a lone voice in support of him.
rnm is funny, funny like funny haha.

Although it was minor, what really impressed me, was when a cross came into the box at one stage, Kuyt had a defender in front of him, yet still jumped high, and managed to get a fair bit of power onto a floating cross. Didn't go on target, you may not even have noticed it, but i was rather impressed with his technique.

I thought Kuyt was excellent when he came on, looked like he had played there all year! His vision and work effort is brilliant, extremely unlucky not to score! i feel rafa has bought another star!
What a selection of strikers we now have! Crouchy, Bellers , Fowler and Kuyt things are looking up!
Keep on rocking in the free world!

kuyt and bellamy have to be first choice they will compliment each other and loved dirk at the end clapping all sides of the ground and the fact that he was the last one offf the pitch you can see why the feyenoord fans loved him
Oh I say his vision there was lovely
