We`re not playing the Chavs away in a two leg fixture
    in 30 degree heat.

We handled the heat OK as we passed the ball around rather than chase it. However, we were just far to negative with our possession

That will change,we didn`t need bravado today, against the Chavs in normal Temperatures we`ll go at them, espiecially with their injury problems.

Surely you know that playing away in Europe is totally different than playing at home in the League?

Chelski will be on the end of a good hiding on Sunday if they play like they did against Brum.

Good result today. Clean sheet and an away goal in the bag.

FFS what is it with some people. 1 nil away win in Europe without breaking a sweat in a 30+ degree heat. I'd say job done. Next match will be a totally different setup with the Rent boys in mind.
If I had two lives...I'd give them both to you.

I agree with you Shirley, we normally play deep in away games in Europe. I just though we could have been more positive with the ball and our possession. At the end of the day it was Sami who was the only one really trying to play some positive balls.

WTF are you getting all puffed up about.

I am happy with the win, with a little more positivity we could have blooded some youngsters in the second leg

We handled the we played that way though, there was no need to rush around like a blue arse fly and get the whole team knackered leaving us more vulnerable and increasing risk of injury.

I think he is, I think he brought off to make sure he didn't get injured.
