Rafa Not Happy

Whilst Rafa is clearly using the debacle of sunday & the Heinze verdict to stoke up a siege mentality its a shame that we have to play this game as its one of the things that we all hate most about Ferguson & Mourinho.

however the unpalatable truth is we will have play every bit as dirty as they do to maximise our title chances.

I feel sorry for Heinze in all this, he really is up **** creek without a paddle now. He may win his appeal but you'd have to think it unlikely. What then, a year in the ressies until he can buy out his contract or a move abroad which he clearly doesn't want.

my own view is just because rafa wants to instill a siege mentality in his squad doesn't mean that us supporters should be ****in bleating about injustice and bribed officials (or whatever) all the time.

I don't know the legal ins and outs and whether Heinze would have a case on that basis, but certainly from a moral and humanitarian point of view that is what Utd and the PL are doing - preventing the guy from moving to the employer of his choice (with all other circumstances being equal) and carrying on his career.

Trust me on this, if the appeal fails (of which I am totally certain that it will not) he will take it to the European Courts and they will laugh and spit at United and make them pay more heavily than they would if they just let him go 'Don't waste our time with this ****, it's clear you're restraining trade and thus can **** off' (Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer lol)

I`m surprised people are surprised by the FA`s decision.They were never gonna support our claim over their darlind ManU.



We should take it to the Eurpean Courts of arbitration.Surely the lad should be allowed to play where HE wants.

I think they are a bit cringy, but all the other managers (top 4) have a moan all the time and no one takes any notice now because it is common practie when they do, rafa is having one which has shoked me a bit, and probably the Premier League so maybe they will listen.
I am happy with not getting Heinze because i think he is just a dirty defender with a poor ability of reading the game, but the thing about away fixtures is a good point.

True mate Rafa very rarely makes comments of this nature and I don't blame him being pissed off.
