Right. There is obviously no point trying to get a point accross rationally to you. That quote in no way shows that the upset meant that she would rather not have been at the game and that her guardian shouldn't have taken her there, yet this is your argument. It's baseless, but you don't seem capable of seeing that, so hey ho.Last edited by Kenneth; 07-09-07, 12:15 PM.Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years

Sadly, a microcosm of the world we live in.
Selfish, ignorant behaviour - gorged on a diet of 'its all about me' attitude fuelled by the collective iq of the nat population.
What makes it worse is the disrespect to not only other people, but the name and legacy of our club - clueless ****s, and disgrace to the heritage of LFC as far as I m concerned.Mental note to self:

I'm not arguing about anything it's you that seems in capable of seeing someone elses opinion. I have constantly said that these idiots should of been kicked out and banned that is not in question. All I'm saying is this guy knew what language is used at football matches he also knew that the young girl gets upset by bad langauge I'm just questioning if it was wise to take her to the game putting all these factors into consideration. My nephew loves motor bikes but gets scared by the noise am I wise to take him to watch the TT?**** OFF HICKS AND GILLETT WE DON'T WANT YOU.

Mate, she was upset BEFORE they got a mouthful. If the mouthful didnt come their way, she would still be upset. What Pacman is saying is that, he (the uncle) wouldve known that swearing wouldve been happening and knowing that swearing upsets her, perhaps it wasnt the wisest of choices to take her. Wether she wanted to leave had they not given her abuse, we dont know. But from the uncles words, she got more upset after we scored the first goal. So it'd be a safe bet to say she may well have got more distressed as the game went on.Bill Oddie, Bill Oddie, put your hands all over my body.

Last season i was at the spurs game. These two yobs behind me were cursing all game. A girl asked them to tone it down. They went mental and told her she did nto belong there and was an OOT.Originally posted by The Glove View PostTo be fair, he doesnt know since he had left. Did he point out who they were? His nearest Steward, going out, probably wouldve had a copper next to him on the stair well so if she was in tears and distressed Im surprised that nothing was done by either the steward and more so by the copper.
She reported them to a stewart who asked them to button it. They went mental at him.
At half time the police took them aside for a word in their ear. WHole of 2nd half I had these knobs whispering under their breath but at least they shut up
In a word they only shut up for the "bizzies"

Indeed. he would have known, but he decided to take her. All I'm saying is that it is arrogant to insinuate that he made the the wrong choice, or that he was being recklessby exposing her to swearing when we don't know the girl.Originally posted by The Glove View PostMate, she was upset BEFORE they got a mouthful. he should of thought twice about taking her. What I'm saying is if you know the girl is going to get upset by bad language why put her in that position in the first place? It's arrogant.I'm just questioning if it was wise to take her to the game putting all these factors into consideration.
I would also suggest that knowing it may upset her doesn't mean that he shouldn't have the right to ask them to stop. Just my opinion.Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years

always is the minority, dunno who was worse, the ones dishing out the abuse or the ones around these idiots who thought it was funny,or the steward who sod all.Originally posted by AFII View PostThere will always be idiots in the stands, the sad thing is that people thought that was funny
They should be able to identify the idiots and ban them, shouldn't be any problem.
Very saddened, shocked and disappointed to hear about this story. I hope kelli is ok now.

Why did he not report their actions to a steward Liverpool are very hot on any kind of discrimination
on another point why not get tickets for the disabled section? the section is there for a reason and consequently has a higher than normal allocation of stewards in that area
I can assure the persons involved that had they been with us in the dizzy section the actions mentioned would never have been allowed to happen and if they did the culprits would have been dropped on from a great height by the stewards and everyone else around
OK sometimes my language can be a bit colourfull and usually involves me calling a linesman a blind tw@t and waving my mates white stick at him.
somehow I fail to see why this matter was not reported by the original poster or someone else nearby............... surely not everyone around was scared of these morons
the more I think about this the more doubts I have as to whether it actually happened exactly as described
waits to be flamedLawrenson:"Well thats 3 good chances they have had in the first 3 minutes of this half"
Motson:"" Yes Mark, you could almost say that they have had 3 chances in as many minutes"
Lawrenson: Errr I thought I just did say that, John"
