          The guy is top class. It's exciting having a striker that the opposition (and ANY opposition) fear. Torres is that man.

            Who was the summariser last night? What the Manc forum said was spot on about him creaming himself over Torres, it wasn't the best bit of even handed commentating, even though Torres was superb.

                It was Garry Birtles, who for a long time has hated Liverpool.

                  Just believe and you never know what will happen.

                  According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

                                I honestly can't remember seeing a better all round Centre Forward display than Torres last night. They tried to kick the living crap out of him and he got up every time and continued running and never gave them a moments peace. I bet Duberry and Bikey respect him a hell of a lot more this morning.

                                A Liverpool legend he could be before the seasons finished, that's for sure.
