      I gave you an explanation. You can ignore it in favour of your opinion but I know which I think is worthless.

      Incidentally my opinion on the subject would be equally worthless which is why I haven't bothered having one, let alone telling everyone on here about it.

        Perhaps you are a fully qualified conditioning coach. Perhaps you are an expert on body language. Perhaps you have a preconceived idea of how a person should behave when they are tiring. Hmm, I wonder which it could be.
        He gives out his opinions as more facts than my facts and that says a lot.
        Just believe and you never know what will happen.

        According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.
