We definitely lost our way when Xabi went off and got overrun in midfield.

I think we would have won if Xabi had played the full 90.

            He's a horrible cheating ****.

I hate that ****. He's as bad as Drogba, worse even. Horrible little ****!

Just seen their goal on the tele. I was away down in the Kop so never really got a great view of their goal. How the hell did Fabregas manage to get in there with so much space to slot home?

Poor tracking and the line should have been screaming for pushing out

Arbeloa didn't track his run, but i find it hard to blame him, he just got shoved in there unfairly by rafa imo

Voronin was shocking - the worst player on the pitch. His touch was ****e and his work rate was poor.
Didn't do anything wrong? He gave it away time after time.

And how can you slag Voronin off but not Kuyt? Both were equally poor and both worked equally as hard. And both were playing out of position.

And more to the point, both are ****e and nowhere good enough for this club if we want to have serious aspirations of winning the league. Saying he's a "support striker" and "he does a job for the team" is just a ****in ridiculous thing to say. He's a £10m pound forward who can't trap the ball and who doesn't threaten the opposition. And people are happy with this? Unbelievable.

Kuyt was always showing for the ball, always trying to make something happen, Voronin was not. Kuyt was involved in a lot of our build up play and passing movements. Voronin was not. Voronin was completely anonymous, he was barely noticeable in the second half until he came off. He was rarely involved, got knocked off the ball too easily, has the first touch of a rapist and seems lazy off the ball.

Kuyt's by no means perfect either and did give the ball away too easily at times, but he was much, much better than Voronin today.

Again it's about opinions but I thought they were as bad as each other.

I honestly can't understand why Kuyt gets free ride from so many when he's falling massively short of the required standard.

And lets not make this a comparison between Kuyt and Voronin. Of course Voronin isn't good enough, but lets not say Kuyt is good enough because he's better than him.

On current performances neither Kuyt or Voronin are good enough.

However I think that Kuyt could be a lot more effective if played as a central striker rather than in a supporting role. He is never going to be a brilliant technical player but I think he could be a good goal scorer for us if he is played further forward.

I know there is no real hard evidence to support this theory but I feel that Kuyt should be given a chance to play that role. If he fails there then you can write him off. I think it's too early to dismiss him just yet.

                              Fair enough.

But last yeaqr he played up front with Crouch and for me still fell short of the required standard.

                              And he's gotten worse since.

Surely Rafa doesn't think he's truely good enough? It really does worry me that. He signed him, and despite his poor perfomances this season he still picks him nearly every match.

We look clueless. Hit and run football with little or no design and thought. Too many players are not able to do what is asked of them.

                                Sami is too old.
                                Riise is too ****e.
                                Finnan is too one dimensional.
Voronin just don't have 'it' and never will.
Kuyt looks like the rainman on crack out there.

That's half the team looking lost. We just need better. They are squad players at best.

We were somewhere around Barstow on the edge of the desert when the drugs began to take hold.
