You clearly have an agenda against Rafa. The transfer market isn't dead between August and December, negociations is always ongoing in order to snap the best talent around and scouts are paid for that. What's the point waiting 2 weeks before the start of the transfer window when nothing is clear as regards finances. This is ridiculous.

So every time he has a hissy fit they should give into him should they?Originally posted by fredo View PostThe fact is that Rafa is pissed off. This is worrying.
Thank **** we don't have a Peter Risdale character in charge writing cheques for him and "living the dream".I hate Polanski

It's not as if he wants Kaka and Messi he just wants to know how much he's got. If he's got nothing then he wants to tell them who he wants to sell to raise funds.Originally posted by CharlieMansonsSquint View PostYou mean that Rafa can't formulate a plan in 2 weeks?
Heaven help us if he can't.
Really mate do you respect him for behaving like a whinging cunt, in public, on the eve of a big game for us in our hopes of the title?
It's not hard for the yanks to turn round and tell him.
It's just a ****ing pissing match and it throws our whole season into doubt. Either they should back him or sack him.**** OFF HICKS AND GILLETT WE DON'T WANT YOU.

That article scares the living **** out of me. I think Barret's hit the nail on the head. He has stated the facts in a balanced manner aswell as highlighting the criticality of the situation. It's a f#ckin disgrace that things have got this far. I feel for Rafa I really do. Only now do I understand the passion he has for the club and bringing us success. However I also understand the reasons behind the yanks stalling on his transfer budget. They seem to be waiting until they have the refinance package in place. It's just a shame that our transfer budget depends on the "banks" as per usual!!Dare we believe

I very much doubt that this hissy fit was a spur of the moment thing.Originally posted by CharlieMansonsSquint View PostSo every time he has a hissy fit they should give into him should they?

No, he can't, because most of the good available players will probably be gone by then.Originally posted by CharlieMansonsSquint View PostYou mean that Rafa can't formulate a plan in 2 weeks?

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

I just want him to focus on the matches ahead and not get sidetracked by publically having a pop at the owners.
We could do without it.
Some big games coming up. **** that transfer window right off. Don't care, really really don't care.I hate Polanski

I've said that this should have been dealt in private. It's not as if Rafa is splashing the cash around without balancing the books. If we can't invest at least £ 50m pounds per year in the transfer market, when our rivals are doing more, then we need a miracle worker to win the league.Originally posted by CharlieMansonsSquint View PostSo every time he has a hissy fit they should give into him should they?

It's all won with cash, not just skill in player management, rotation and tactics.

I don't think they will do that
Do you really think he will walk away mid-season before the united game when he is due to meet H&G..........surely he will wait and slug it out with them!! Plus if he walks he loses 6 million quid according to reports!!Dare we believe

It should be his job to ensure he's got everything covered. At the end of the day if the team doesn't perform it's his neck on the line.**** OFF HICKS AND GILLETT WE DON'T WANT YOU.

You can't **** the transfer window right off because their is a lot of business being done the whole year and not just in the transfer windows.Originally posted by CharlieMansonsSquint View PostNow, now don't be silly.

If Rafa would do what you suggest then we would end up with Biscan instead of Alonso for example.Just believe and you never know what will happen.

Who's top of the league at the moment?
Yes, that's right a team who's spent less than us since Rafa arrived.
He's had a lot of money to spend. This is his team now. Knuckle down, concentrate and get results with it.I hate Polanski
