I'll have 50 quid on with you now that none of them do.
As I said mate, and no offence, your so gullible it's unbelievable. You take everything you read in the papers or on internet sites as gospel.
The press specualted that they would, like they have today with our players, but after about two weeks the speculation died down and the press had to find something else to write about.
The same will happen with us whether Rafa stays or goes.
And neither us or the chavs will lose a player that either manager wants to keep.
The press talk nonsense...know what I mean?Last edited by kurtangle01; 27-11-07, 03:40 PM.Babel fanclub member # 4!!!

He's a great manager. He almost qualified with Finland to Euros! Just needed a win in their last game away to Portugal but they drew 0-0.
Also did an awesome job with Switzerland who immdiately became worse when he left.
He also did a sound job at Inter who want him as their technical director now.
And no, I'm not his agent

I just hope that all this **** is being played out by the yanks to let Rafa know who's boss. To give the impression that they own the club and that they wont stand any **** from anyone and in the end they kiss and make up having put the ****s well and truly up Rafa so he knows not to do it again.**** OFF HICKS AND GILLETT WE DON'T WANT YOU.

Well, I didn't.Originally posted by Red Chilli View PostI backed Moores AFII so you're not going to get me with that one.
He was a very bad businessman and you must be an excellent businessman if you are the Chairman of one of the biggest clubs in the world.
To even consider to build a stadium without any chance to expand it is a complete joke and shows how bad businessman Moores is.
That's one example.Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Lets be honest though you could equally say that Rafa is to blame for the breakdown. If Mourinho had come out in the press in the way he did all hell would have broken loose and he would have been decried for his lack of class. I think there is fault on both sides and you seem determined to only see it on one.Originally posted by AFII View PostAre you happy that Moores sold out to G&H when you look at what happened the last week?
I'm not.
There was no buyer who was going to come in and be everyones fantasy of silent types who backed the manager with FM style budgets while not wanting a say in who was bought. I think that if they get the finances in for the stadium thus far in most respects the owners have done a good job for us.
The current situation is disappointing in so many ways. But to lump the blame entirely with one party (even Parry) is unfair IMO. Having said that I hope that some way is found to keep Rafa long term."The man who never alters his opinion is like standing water, and breeds reptiles of the mind."

I remember the summer when we had the following according to insiders and the press:
We had no money - Repeated now
Rafa was going to leave - Repeated now
Gillet and Hicks were not talking - Repeated now
We didn't have the money for the new stadium - Repeated now
How many of these insiders and papers were right then?

After his outburst in May I would not be suprised if what you have posted above is closer to the truth than anything else. If they were to do that they would want him to have a bit of belief in the thought he could be sacked.Originally posted by Pacman View PostI just hope that all this **** is being played out by the yanks to let Rafa know who's boss.
