. Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
That doesnt mean he has any inside knowledge, as for Jose, he would be a bigger problem than Rafa ever was for them, also I'm sure they're aware that Jose is not exactly Mr.Popular with LFC fans
He even told her he got his info from Bascombe. I find it interesting that most info is coming from Bascombe and Balague.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.
I don't think Gillett or Hicks care about how popular the manager are as long as they will make a nice profit on their investment.
Thinking about this, it does seem to make sense from an investment point of veiw.
Jose is a great big cash cow bringing him into liverpool, will bring in more blue chip companys wanting to be associated with him, and we will prob get a better price for the stadium naming rights.
Also Jose has gone on record about prefering to work with a smaller squad (which will also please the money me)
Just look at the face: it's vacant, with a hint of sadness. Like a drunk who's lost a bet.
Would kind of make sense to have a coach/puppet (Paco) only concerned with coaching the team, but it certainly doesn't make sense to replace Rafa with Moano.

2 great players for every position he said.
not different to any other top manager in that sense.
It will be the death of Liverpool Football Club as we know it if Benitez is sacked and replaced by Mourinho.
We will have become just another classless club, desperate for success. Success at all costs, seemingly. I love the club and it's a huge part of my life but if this were to materialise....well, I'm not sure. Not sure I could carry on in the same way.
**** Mourinho, **** Hicks and **** football.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Sacking a loved manager then bringing in someone hated amongst the supporters will just drive some away. Happy supporters are more likely to buy the clubs merchandise while angry upset fans wont.
Thanks for sharing that Red Hot.
To be honest though, nobody has that information. Your mate is guessing.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'
"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.
