3-4-3 worked last year away from home at Charlton & Watford but they are not on par with Reading. Rafa got his tactics wrong again this season. There was no bleeding width.
Very dissapointing to lose a match to a team struggling in the lower half.

Agreed. Even if the personnel had changed in a 4-4-2 which ahd been working so well to this point, I could understand that, but to change the system as well seemed strange to say the least.

Having said all that, at 60 mins in, there looked as there was only going to be 1 winner of that game.....us. A freak free-kick goal, and poor defending on the halfwayline costs us.

If we had to lose 1 of the 3 games over the next 8 days, then I would have chosen that one. Chests out lads, we need 2 big performances on Tursday and Sunday.

These opinions are not based purely on tonight. I've always maintained Riise is not good enough. We need another option up front alongside Torres and keep Voronin as back up.

Mourinho won the title in his first season after inheriting a really expensive side and investing a lot more. Fergie spent a lot this season and last season. He always has money. Wenger spends a lot on youth. Its not documented on the press because they love Wenger. Rafa has spent on one Torres. YES ONE TORRES. 50% of his spend was from offloading others.

There is no balance with the Liverpool fans. One minute we can win the title, the next we will finish 15 points off. Ease off. After Christmas and then we can see whether we are out of the title race.
