Have to say I thought we looked solid defensively. Even Riise did well.

Shame about our composure in their final third. Definitely think it's a mental thing rather than lack of ability.

The game in midweek had nothing to do with anything. we lost today because we didn't have enough creativity in midfield and we were carring a passenger up front who quite frankly wouldn't get a start for my local team and I'm being deadly serious.

I will back Rafa to the hilt but when he makes stubborn, stupid mistakes like this it is hard to. He really doe's shoot himself in the foot sometimes as much as I love him, like at Reading. he refuses to learn from his mistakes.

I still think Rafa can win us the league but, and surely SOME people must agree, that he has to start learning from his mistakes, and change some of his stubborn attitude!

The only person who has come out of this with any dignity is Mascherano. He HAS to be signed!

It hate to give up now, but I think you're right.

Instead we had Harry Kewell, who is physically not up to par in this level, you've got Benayoun who's a clever little player but he's no Ronaldo and you've got Kuyt who takes about 20 seconds to control a ball, 20 seconds to think about what to do, 20 seconds to decide on what to do and 20 seconds to execute what he's decided to do.

This is what I think aswell. He makes simple mistakes and ones that we all think can be easily rectified. BUT as you say, he doesn't seem to be learning from them.
