Yossi is a positive so far this season. He might not hit the highs Garcia did, but then again he sure as hell doesn't hit the lows either.

A nifty little player on his day. He will have to do for now.

We were somewhere around Barstow on the edge of the desert when the drugs began to take hold.

He's completely wasted out on the wing. Doesn't have the strength, speed or (possibly) the crossing ability to do a propoer job out there.

Always, always, always should be played behind the striker(s) where he can use his quick feet and thinking.
      Francis.

...."Any team that concedes as few goals as we concede is going to be tough to play against..." - Fernando Torres on Liverpool

And when I say 'play Gerrard on the left', I mean on the left

      A defensive mid for £18m?

Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Completely anonymous. No guts, desire or strength. Defensively inept and leaves Arbeloa/Finnan exposed.

I still stand by my statement that he was the wrong signing for us (not his fault I know).
Yossi has been one of our best players this season, that may have something to do with it....

              How many have been better?

With regards to minutes on the pitch, i can't think of many better performers.

                  Reina
                  Gerrard
                  Arbeloa
                  Masha
                  Babel
                  Torres
Kewell (if your talking how good for the time they've been on pitch)

have all been better than Benny IMO. Give him a game or two more and I would probably stick Aurelio on that list too.

Yossi was as sh*t as Ronaldo, Rooney, Kewell and Torres on Sunday. Esteemed company I'd say. And it wasn't Yossi that caused us to concede it was dithering Kewell who lost the ball, conceded the corner and they scored from it. All 2 mins before half time.
                      One tit for another.

I like Yossi as a back up and he is better than Pennant.
The thing is when Yossi has a poor game you wish you had a player with Pennant's speed on the wing and when Pennant plays poor you wish you had Yossi's creativty and guile on the pitch.Really you want a top winger who is consistent and has both.

Still need two top wingers.Ryan Babel should play up front with Torres.
Oh the man is a midfield maestro
and his passes are sooo delightful
                        everyone wants to know

6 out of a starting 11 (so no not really one of the best) Not the whole bloody squad!

In hindsight I would stick Carra on the list too.

so that 7th out of 11.

and Hyypia, Lucas(if your talking how good for the time they've been on pitch) and Finnan.

                            Now up to 11.

Always, always, always should be played behind the striker(s) where he can use his quick feet and thinking.
He'd be eaten alive by the centre backs if he were the 2nd striker, off the wing he should in theory float in and provide the creativity and the width is then provided by the full back.
                              We come not to play.
