Momo is absolutely awful. Woeful.

Any player that is incapable of holding on to a ball or even moving with it for 2 seconds without losing control is NOT a Liverpool player. He's passing even short distances is poor and he is not technically capable to play with the players around him.

If we were 1-0 and down to 10 men he would be my first choice on the pitch but if we actually need to play football we are better off without.

I think his game has changed he seems to play higher up the pitch when infact he should just sit infront and break up the play which he's one of the best at doing. Unfortunately Xabi seems to just sit inront of the back four now and not move much. No more 40 yard pin point passes like he would do serveral times a couple of years ago, just short one twos and lets other go an attack. Not the way he should be used IMO

I cant tell you how many times this year Momo has been in an attacking position and his lack of passing quality has cost us a chance a goal.

I's like to see Xabi play more attacking i.e pull the strings while Momo or Mash sit in front of the back four.

Xabi was brilliant last night when sitting in front of the back 4, and he started the season like a house on fire. I expect big things from him. Don't think he's mobile enough to sit anywhere else in a Rafa formation, though the re-introduction of Agger and a pushed up back line will help.

By his standards he had a much better game last night but there's no doubt in my mind he's not LFC standard. If a good bid came in I'd sell, along with Riise and Kuyt. All 3 give 100% but in my opinion they're not good enough for the first 11.

For me it's just utter sideways wank. Momo was never boos and always had a first touch like Gary Glitter. Yes, he could kick people about and that was it. He never ever could play one ounce of football.

You've always had an agenda against him just because he doesnt give you an attacking football stiffy. He had an an excellent 1st season.

So its all dependent whether or not Rafa has a replacement lined up in Jan. Isn't he allegedly after Sevilla's left back?

Mayhap & I spose Arbs can cover there once Finn's back.

I like Rockets & think he has been a great servant for us, but I just think we need to move on in the long term. His style was always more suited to Ged's than Rafa's. I'll be sorry to see him go on a personal level, but speaking realistically I think we need far beter down the left than he offfers of late.
