    Thanks for noticing

I said he couldn't play football from the start, yes. And I was right. Excellent 1st season??! He practically played central midfield and didn't have a goal or an assist to his name. Excellent 1st season?!? We looked like wimbledon at times with him at CM.

I dislike everything he brings to our game.

So its all dependent whether or not Rafa has a replacement lined up in Jan. Isn't he allegedly after Sevilla's left back?
He does realise that lad died a few months ago, right?

Adriano is a LB there and he's pretty good. Two footed as well.
        Forwards.......

Thought he played on the wing?

As well as full back. Pretty versatile. Not sure he'd be a great improvement on Riise.

He had ahalf decent game the other night against a weakened Chelsea side, but he stillgave the ball away needlessly. One pass back down and out down the left to nobody was...well.

A team pursuing greatness cannot absorb a player who cannot pass. He needs to get back to basics. Its all well and good he has a high work rate and gets the ball back but he gives it away in the first place.

A player in his position and with his role "should" be a master at keeping the ball. Mascher keeps the ball and gets stuck in, Momo simply gets stuck in. Thats all well and good for Bolton but not us.

"If Gerrard continues to play up front, leaving this lack of creativity and intelligence in Midfield, the season WILL be over by Xmas."

I still don't think we'll finish in the top 4 this season."

I think it's a foul, and if the ref gives it. He got to give a penalty. I know it's outside the box, but you see them given that close to the area. So if the ref gives it he's got to give the penalty as it so close to the area. But I think it's a penalty. Robbie Savage 8/11/06

Momo gives away the ball more than Garcia ever did, and that is saying something, god how I wish we had Garcia against the mancs we may have been able to break them down

I think the main problem with momo is he is low on confidence and has not had a decent run of games to get his form back. When he is in form he does have decent control and can cntrol the ball in difficult positions and is a decent dribbler.

I think when he plays know he is under pressure to play well and is trying to many things,I think he will go on to be one of the top dms in the future but he needs to get back playing reguarly and I dont think that will happen for him at liverpool.

Momo Sissoko hot or get shot?

After watching the Chelsea game last week i have once again reviewed my opinion of Sissoko. PLaying alongside Alonso he looks really good as Alonso always makes himself available for a simple pass and has a very calming influence on players around him, i noticed Sissoko giving the ball up too Xabi early doors and than growing in confidence. On the other hand i think Momo gets nervous when he plays in midfield with Stevie G, with his thunderous runs and direct style maybe we play at too quick a pace for Momo. Thoughts?

Sell him, we need the money to sign Mascherano.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Times are hard - sell the useless buffoon and put the pennies we get for him, towards a decent shampoo and haircut for Torres!
