    Pure ****ing bollocks.

If Rafa were to get sacked, the owners put the debt on the club and our new ground was some non-descript bowl design seen all over the world, catastrophe would be the work I would use. That's not even mentioning that long haired german **** ending up as manager.

Bascombe's not the only one saying this stuff either, and I don't personally believe he's become a worse journalist just because he's joined the sunday rag.
    That's the one...

I've not said it's got catastrophe written in it, that would be good if a fan of the club (Ansari) takes over, that's my opinion.

Anyway, how do you know it's bollocks ? Let's wait and see before jumping to conclusions. I've not said that all what Bascombe says is pearls of wisdom, but in my sense, there's something into it.

Facts are, they're struggling to raise cash. And they're only negotiating to refinance what they paid to buy the club. As for the stadium, it's another matter.

The scaled down plans of the stadium, for me, stinks of pure amateurism and american tendencies to boarder on the Hollywoodian.

I'm just saying, let's wait and see who is right or not.

Whether Bascombe has any facts or not, the tone of the article is spot on. Who here feels that our owners are what we expected/wanted for our club?
I feel badly let down I have to admit. Apart from the signing of Torres it's been one let down after the other. The stadium fiasco, the public spat with rafa and the stucture of the refinance package have been a deep embarrasment to the club. They have spun us a web of lies from the get go. Anyone who comes on here defending these two clowns is dillusional!!
            Dare we believe

RBS would probably do a better job than T&G though.
              Oh I don't know.

I mean c'mon, he writes for NOTW, it doesn't get any lower than that for journalistic integrity.

Sorry. Can you use the post-match thread for this please?

You can agree with me, or you can be wrong.

I'm not calling for the gallows just yet, but I have to admin to feeling let down too. Very disappointed.

Where have you seen over reaction on here ? We've won yesterday, it's not like hitting panic buttons is it ?

But the feeling remains, that these americans haven't got a ****ing clue.

Did I say his article was complete bollocks?

                                No I didn't.

But let's be honest here, his piece contains sensationlist rhetric, of course it does, remeber the paper he writes for now.

And his recent track record is, well, laughable.

We've just beaten Pompey 4-1 at home after a ****e week and then this Judas cunt goes on about "potential catastrophe". It certainly gets the doom mongers, anti American xenophobes out in force.

Would love to talk about the match yesterday, but no we get this ****e instead.

Had enough of it. He **** off and do one.
