People pay money and some expect to see results and entertainment. Sadly all they get is frustration. I don't agree with booing but I can understand it. Not everyone comes out of the same mould. We are battling for 4th and no cooking of the figures or game in hand can change that view. We can't beat Birmingham, Wigan, Blackburn, Spurs. Citeh, Portsmouth, Reading etc etc. I can take losing to good sides. but most of those are ****e. We aren't improving. We have less points by a fair way that 2005-06. We still don't have a decent winger, and we still **** around with tactics when a good old 4-4-2 pressure game with urgency would do the trick. We are still ultra timid when we should grab games by the balls and get at 'em. Ruthless teams win the league not teams that draw 8 out of 20 games.Originally posted by fredo View PostThat's what we call supporters.

I like the man, his passion, his love for the club and city but sadly I cant see the Americans(they are buisness men after all) keeping him. Gut feeling like.Originally posted by ningnangnong View PostMaybe so, but i am happy to wait and see if he is given some money to tidy things up.
Like someone said earlier, sack Rafa now and we'll be starting all over again.

Fans should support the team. Aren't you a keyboard yourself warrior FFS ?Originally posted by kurtangle01 View PostYes, people who go to the match and pay good money instead of sitting like a keyboard warrior telling everyone that they're wrong.
They're entitled to their opinion, mate, whether you like/agree with it or not.

Don't you think we should be more than 1-0 up against a team like Wigan at home if we battered them for 80 odd minutes?Originally posted by fredo View PostIf we'd won 1-0 you would have lauded the performance.
I can't fault the way we played today. Up until they scored, we were very good bar the score.
I do.Originally posted by Gordon Brown

Tonights result is one in a long line of poor efforts this season. I don't want Rafa sacked, but its becoming more and more difficult to justify his long term future at LFC.Originally posted by JohnDoe View PostIf you think we didn't win today because of the formation we put out, you are simply, and I don't mean to get personal, DELUDED.
Quite simply we are miles away from the top teams. we aren't one or 2 players away, we are half a team away.
Only Reina, Finnan, Carra, Agger, Masher, SG & Torres would get in the other top 3 sides squads, whereas the vast majority of theirs would get in ours.
Points wise, even if we win our game in hand, we are nearer to Blackburn than Arsenal. And for that Rafa has to carry the can.AKA Heighway No9

if people are happy with failing to qualify for the champs league next year and being trophyless come may then fine, bury your heads in the sand and keep backing rafa. should he stay i'll support him but i'd rather he bowed out gracefully now, accept he wasn't good enough and give someone else a shot. 3-4 years with rafa now and we still nowhere near winning the league. tinkerman making changes every game, playing players out of position and buying mediocre ****e players will not win us the league. i want to atleast finish 3rd this season which is possible with either rafa being given 40million plus in january for players or a new manager coming in and being given the same amount. i cant see g&h giving rafa more money so a new manager is the way to go.People who think there's no good way to die have obviously never heard the phrase 'Drug-fuelled-sex-heart-attack'.

oh mate putting me on the spot here, but off the top of my headOriginally posted by Red Chilli View PostWho would you suggest REDS? If we're assuming Rafa's not up to the job HYPOTHETICALLY (for fredo)
I like Hiddink whos a quality manager but can he do it in the tough Prem ?
I also like Lippi whos great as well but he does not speak the lingo.
Other than that I am drawing a blank tonight mate. Depressing.
