And then he tries to act as the pacifier when the ****e hits the fan. Pretends that he doesn't get involved.

He knows best though as he's always happy to have a go at people who are perhaps angry at the result.:whatever:

We did not batter Wigan like we battered Citeh the other day. The last 5 mins were ordinary and the players looked tired but whats apparent to me all season is the lack of urgency in these situations. Ok dont blame the Manager but then why do the same things keep happening time and time again in these sort of matches?

This season We have given Reading and Wigan their first points against so called big four-at least we're making some people happy

I'm deeply disappointed in the team today but not Rafa. He must be well pissed with the players although he should have made some subs earlier.

Crouch on for the last 10 minutes is not good enough.

It should have been Alonso and Pennant off with Benny and Crouch on at the 60 minute mark.

First point Wigan have got against the top 4 and it's at Anfield and less than an hour later he's telling people to get a grip. I would understand it if I had been outrageously irrational but I haven't.
Bottom line : He loves the drama.
          Fair enough mate.

Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Yes, a "Liverpool" fan even suggested Sam as our new manager

Gerrard and Mascherano had two chances to score in the first half, easy chances. Gerrard's chance was ridiculously easy, yet he failed to score being alone against the keeper with no defenders around him.

Another thing, Wigan get a free kick 45 yards from goal. They punt it in the box. Crap ball, no direction, straight to Gerrard. No Wigan defender around him, no pressure, he slices it at Mascherano. Mascherano tries to control it but it flicks right into Bramble's path. Wigan's only shot at goal, is a goal.

Then Gerrard, has a chance to redeem himself. After a great build up play, he shoots, Kirkland saves but can't control the ball, he's on the ground. Alonso and Gerrard race for it and kinda hinder each other's angle to the ball. Gerrard, from point blank, manages to hit it straight at the grounded keeper. Amazing.

What did Rafa have to do with it. Why do the mancs for example, manage to get the following results, without conceding that "freak" goal, does everything seem to go their way?

                            Sunderland 1-0
Tottenham 1-0 (Tottenham had amazing chances to win it before conceding)
                            Birmingham 1-0 (twice)
Everton 1-0 and 2-1 (both winners in the last 10 minutes)
                            Liverpool 1-0

Do you honestly think this has anything to do with a bloody formation? We fail in things managers are not supposed to teach players.

                            I'll talk slowly.

ARSENAL. ADEBAYOR. EBOUE AT RM. ROSICKY AT LM. HLEB BEHIND ADEBAYOR. ONE STRIKER. Happened most of this season, at home and away.

CHELSEA. DROGBA. TWO WINGERS BEHIND HIM. Countless of times, home and away.

What does this have anything to do with Gerrard unable to clear a simple ball from this box and us not finishing the chances we created even when Kewell was on the pitch?

                            Because they equalized?

Yes, Rafa is clearly to blame.

Your honour, I give you exhibit A

                                Arsenal 21 played, 50 points.

                                exhibit B

                                Liverpool 20 played, 38 points.

Wenger knows how to play that system, Wenger has the players to make it work.

Rafa has tinkered and played a new system against cannon fodder. The manager made a decision to change it, it didn't work.

"If Gerrard continues to play up front, leaving this lack of creativity and intelligence in Midfield, the season WILL be over by Xmas."

I still don't think we'll finish in the top 4 this season."
