Absolutely, unless he fails to finish in top 4, sacking him would be daft.

Although I still think it might happen.

In years gone by maybe, not anymore. The standard and levels of consistency achieved by title winners are higher than 82 points.
And normally the money spent to achieve those higher points is more than we`ve spent,Until we can compete in the tranfer market we`ll struggle in the PL.Blame Moores and his marketing team for our failure to win the league.

It's not a cast iron certainty anyone will win us the league. It is much easier if we can compete like for like money wise with United or Chelsea.

Rafa has bought a lot of young players to try to implement a blueprint in the long term. It's a vision he has and we should support it. Not winning the league this season doesn't make him a loser.

Give him until the end of his contract. That's how things should be. We aren't Fulham or Newcastle.
For all that stuff you've just said, all ACTUAL EVIDENCE points to Rafa being a loser when it comes to making a serious title challenge.

        Fact.

I wont challenge you to prove otherwise, because you simply cant.

        Have a good night

Meh, your decision. If you lose respect for someone over a perfectly rational football debate that's your hangup.

          i won't respond likewise

Mine is cold hard facts and numbers. We are not there, we're not even close.
Not at all, I've just not forgotten what we're capable of. There's been some excellent performances this season, we've just lost points through not taking our chances and - I know you'll hate this - bad luck.

The last two games have been ridiculous for this. Two games, could have won both 4-0 like we had a spell of doing, 2 draws

In horseracing everything stops after the finishing line.

Mate, I'm fookin tired. I've been abused left right and center now you're saying this.

                      Good night.

Houllier used to rely on one player-Owen.

So I'd say, second most tootless squad

I agree, poxy ManU would have scorred a deflection or tap in tonight,we don`t have that luck but that doesn`t fit the pessimist blame Rafa,Kuyt,Pennant,Risse and everyone else brigade.

Happens to every team, every team has 'one of those days'.

Some still win/challenge for the league.

Everyone can talk about what they're 'capable' of, but ultimately it means nothing if you dont actually produce what you're capable of.

It's a bit like a young player with 'potential'. Unless they realise their potential, they just end up as nobodies.

Wenger looks more likely to win the CL than Rafa does to win the PL.

With Wenger, you can genuinely look and say that with a bit of luck, it's a matter of time before they win the CL. They got to the final.

Rafa hasnt come close to winning the title.
