We fail to win half our games.

There's only so much you can put down to luck.

Johnny....we outplayed City, yes, but we did not "destroy" Wigan. Far from it.

Should've won? Yes. Destroyed them? Come off it!

Our home record is 4-5-1. (was it ever that bad even when we were ****e) That's simply not reflective of how dominant we've been vs Spurs, Chavski, Wigan and Birmingham. 1 draw you can accept as hard cheese, but 4! Painful.
        Agree!!!!
The Manu` results the past few seasons after we had 70% of the ball.

We'll win our last 9 home games - piece of piss.

9 away games are a trickier proposition. But **** it, we can win them and 90-odd points will see us in third behind Man U and Arsenal

Unfortunately they were both ****e. Neither are good enough and I suspect, deep down, Rafa knows it but it can't be addressed.
Breaks my heart cos I am a big Harry fan but when he limped off (and he was limping) I basically resigned myself to the fact his career is over in the top flight. Pretty sad about it actually

Even more shattered that our PL tilt is over.
Nah. He won't win the Prem. You can quote me on that. - Sarb24

I`ll throw in transfer budget against ManU and Chelsea and you`ll raise me Arsenil.

We sliced through their defence a few times, it was good to watch. But some of our defenders must have thought we were playing up hill the way the ball was badly cleared.

                    Fair enough.

If we destroyed Wigan, what word would you use to describe what we did to Derby at Anfield? I've gotta hear this.

Harry's decline has been a sorry sight.

He actually looked decent and seemed to have added class to our left-side when he came back recently, but after a couple of promising displays it's been rapidly downhill ever since.

He's lost an alarming amount of pace and mobility. A bit like Fowler, he's just not physically cut out for top level football anymore.

I'd love him to prove me wrong but his best days are well and truly behind him.

Not pointing the finger at them at all. Just stating fact.

I'm interested in how you judge performances. So if tonight was a destruction, again I ask how would you describe what we did to Derby?

I'm asking this to illustrate (as if it needs illustrating) that we did not "destroy" Wigan tonight in any way, shape or form.
