Forgive me, but hasn't it been a long-term tradition for the richer clubs to donate their share of the gate receipts to lower league clubs (when drawn)? A quick bit of Google grease shows that Chelsea (Chelsea, ****ing Chelsea all of all clubs) did when they met Scarborough in 2004. And i'm positive that ManU did the same, but the club they did it to escapes me.

All in all, this highlights what an utterly classless club we are in danger of becoming, and more worryingly, this thread highlights that fans are sheep and will wilfully follow in the club's 'new' direction.

All in all, it's very sad, nae, depressing!

The caveat of this story is that we are indeed in a financial mess and we can't even afford this gesture of good will so the decision is not one of our (lack of) class, but indeed one of necessity.
Have you ever been to The Racecourse ground at Wrexham mate? Well the fact that you still can is all down to Liverpool, and the fact that weve helped them in many ways, including more money than Luton would get from todays game. People like you make me sick. Maybe we're becoming classless because of nauseating idiots like you.

Sorry Bob but I disagree with you on this one - Luton are a bunch of classless ****s and let the FA help them out if they are so desperate.

If Luton were serious then they would have asked for the tie to be switched to Anfield, this is nothing more than a stunt to gain sympathy for themselves and detract the attention away from the idiots running the club.

They'll probably get a replay at anfield now anyway.
I can picture in my mind a world without war, a world without hate. And I can picture us attacking that world, because they'd never expect it.

We should take the money from today's game and another 29.9m and spend it on 2 wingers.

Since where not going to do that, just give the money to charity.

only if we install a plastic pitch, ban the away fans and introduce i.d. cards

Like **** i did... was good to get away, went to Northern Ireland and spent it with the family and old mates.

Back in Dundee last night around 12, and straight off to a Wii party with a bottle of Balvenie Good times.

Back to work tomorrow, i can't tell you how bad i've got the holiday blues!

I was back on Friday for 1 day, had a meeting in Oban and only got about half way there before having to turn back because of the snow, so decided to try heading for Inverness only to find out the road was closed at Drumochter, basically spent most of the day driving nowhere then had the weekend off!
