First off I don't want Rafa to go but if he did I'd go for Martin O'Neill. He was my first choice when we got rafa and nothing he's done at Villa would lead me to change my mind. If we want to challenge for the league then experience of the English game is a must. For all Rafa's brilliance in Europe he hasn't really got to grip with the domestic game.
