That isn't Hicks resigning. That is Alnery Incorporations No 1 Limited resigning on the 2 February 2007 but they have only just filed it. He is still there.

Probably because it is a copy of a webpage that turned into text when converted from companies house. I've just had a look at the original filing, it's definitely the shelf company directors who resigned. In fact they are just around the corner from me

No, that is when the document was filed at companies house. Not when the resignation took place. I am looking at the original filing right now.
