The story would make sense, that the CEO has to sign the refinance however i think im more likely to win the lottery than Parry refuse to sign.

The only way he would refuse would be if he was certain to keep his job under DIC as if the refinance doesn't go ahead then the Yanks have no choice but to sell.

Parry is the founder member of the Self-Preservation Society. Really can't see him growing the balls to refuse to ratify the loan.
The yanks wouldn't have time to get rid of Parry if he were to refuse to sign. Im pretty sure that they legally can't just fire him and would have to give him notice etc and with there original loan due for return in less than 2 weeks they'd have to sell.

As i said in the post above the key would be if Parry were in league with DIC but after the **** up with the last bid i can't imagine they'd want to keep him.

Is it worth trying to get individual amounts pledged to get a more accurate figure?, there are obviously some lads who are in a better position to be able to give a little more than others.? Just seems too good an opportunity to miss. (Unless RP does the decent thing and falls on his sword, which would render the advert redundant!)

            Parry's choice:

1)Don't sign the form and lose his job, but potentially save the club
            2) Sign the form, keep his job at a club which will be saddled with unmanagable debt and who's fans will never forgive him.

Tough choice, may explain his silence on the rumours.

Does he really need the money from his job? He'd get another job somewhere.

If Parry refused to sign, his job could theoretically be at risk.
              what does this mean?

If he doesn't sign it, then he would probably get fired by G&H
If DIC subsequently takeover, they'll sack him anyway as they don't rate him.

                        Not in time they wouldn't.

Parry has the chance to be a hero but its just not going to happen.

Even though he's a board member?

                          Wouldn't that require an EGM?

Parry wouldn't be kept on by DIC, even if reports that he and Al Ansari are friends, they'd ave no faith in his abilities as a CEO. If Parry has got the power to prevent this refinance going through, and he exercises that power, I think it is almost certian that it will end up costing him his job.

and he will prove once and for all that he will back G&H 100%. His job will then be very safe.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

what i thought,if he doesnt sign whats the point in sacking him though as theyl be selling up?

if this really is the case its great news, for all his faults i think he has the club and fans best interests at heart,i think hed refuse to sign.

it couldnt be that easy though.
