there was an intersting post on here the other day that said that even if they get the refinance they still want out, their position is still weak, but just a little stronger. so when they have refinanced and introduced the new stadium plans they'll get a better price for it they are in a position to hold out, but they can't hold on forever as they don't have any money to put into the club...
so in short they'll be gone no matter what soon...
"I have decided to escape, to defy the shogun. Today I will begin walking the road to hell. But you will choose your own path. So, soon you may be seeing heaven. Choose the sword, and you will join me. Choose the ball and you join your mother, in death. You don’t understand my words, but you must choose. So… come boy, choose life or death."

Parry wouldn't be kept on by DIC, even if reports that he and Al Ansari are friends, they'd ave no faith in his abilities as a CEO. If Parry has got the power to prevent this refinance going through, and he exercises that power, I think it is almost certian that it will end up costing him his job.
Like I said before Parry was out the door if DIC came in last time. In fact the entire administration team of the club were expecting to be layed-off. My source was the chief financial officer of the club.
If you were G&H and you were going to sell to DIC, you would make bloody sure you had the refinancing sorted first. This would prevent DIC having you over a barrel and be a fall-back if any deal falls through. Perhaps the delay relates to the agreement with DIC, rather than the refinancing.

I think that's assuming too much, Diego. If they are expecting a 300mill£ upside when the stadium is in place anything can happen. They could even sell some shares to a third party if need be. Remember we are talking about very very wealthy people who are extremely well connected. Don't underestimate the power of the darkside
We were somewhere around Barstow on the edge of the desert when the drugs began to take hold.
Someting has to come too a head eventually, strange how Last night the LMA spoke out about being in contact with Rafa & advising him legally, today Fergie speaks out,(tosser), obviously utd have better contacts than us as far as whats going on. All of a sudden erveryone is talking, Why the need for the LMA to make this public, are they warning H&G. I dont know, but i feel we wont have long now before the Good or Very Very bad news is delivered.
Clutching at straws yes, but I suspect DIC are still in the picture. As mentioned already, surely G&H would have to sort out the refinancing in case a takeover was not completed.

I wonder if Parry have talked to DIC and they have told him what amount of debt they would consider to take on when they buy the club?
Could be what the compromise is all about. Parry agree to sign so the loan can go through on the terms that DIC want.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.
Hicks and Gillette are using lots of "media channels" to slur Rafa, there are all sorts of stories going round. They've begun a media fightback. I don't want to give credence to them here but they're directly contacting fans, with the hope that it leaks out onto forums like this.

Thank you for the info Tom, as always.

And no doubt Parry would be out the door this time as well if DIC come in. Sadly I really can't see him jeopardising his job to do the best thing for the club.
Let's be honest, this knob only recommended the yanks so he could could keep his job right? And now we're relying on him to put his self-interests aside, do right by the club and fall on his sword in the process? We're ****ed.
