    Numerous reasons.

Firstly for placing debt on the club when they quite clearly said they wouldn't

Secondly, for even thinking that replacing Rafa with Klinsmann would be a good idea.

The whole way they've handled themselves, mainly Hicks, is a disgrace.

    They're liars.
    On the Ning Nang Nong
    Where the Cows go Bong!
And the Monkeys all say Boo!
    There's a Nong Nang Ning
    Where the trees go Ping!
And the tea pots Jibber Jabber Joo.
    On the Nong Ning Nang
    All the mice go Clang!
And you just can't catch 'em when they do!
    So it's Ning Nang Nong!
    Cows go Bong!
    Nong Nang Ning!
    Trees go Ping!
    Nong Ning Nang!
    The mice go clang!
What a noisy place to belong,

at risk of sounding boring here I ****ing hate our owners with a vengeance, im having a bad day and everything is pissing me off so when I come online to chat with you guys its normally fun and games...alas I am now remembering that these ****ing halfwits have royally ****ed my club up. I sincerely hope that for once something really good will happen to us (like DIC buying us) quickly and unexpectdly. A press conference at noon tomorrow announcing the complete and absolute sale of Liverpool to Bill Gates who has secretley loved Liverpool all of his life and will now spend his fortune on us may just about cheer me up.

Other than that whats the odds of 2 lying american ****ers choking on hamburgers in the same evening?

Not boring to me I'm sure many people on here (and I can think of at least one or two) are bored and fed up of my anti-Gillett/Hicks rants as well, but you know what, not only do they have it coming but also there are far to many people who are willing to be taken in by any PR offensive they launch. These people have no integrity, why they should be given another chance is completely beyond me.

They may have that chance purely because they own it and therefore are in control. However they have learnt some pretty big lessons over this, Hicks has admitted as much already. Not sure it is sinking in though if he about to on 5live

Get 'em out - particularly Hicks.

I don't mind the stadium debt being on the club - after all this becomes a club asset, but no way we should be paying these two clowns for buying the club in the first place (which is exactly what we are doing when they put the initial loan of the purchase on to Kop Holdings).

Blatant lies and half truths (too many to list)

Whoever owns us, it is clear LFC is going to end up with debt, but it's vital that the debt is managable and it's my belief that Hicks only sees the club as a leveraged investment vehicle and he has no interest in the success of the team (beyond meeting a minimum level to sustain the interest of other potential buyers).

Which is why we need to keep up the offensive against them. They cant be allowed to run roughshod over our club and its traditions the way they have been

That's right. The fans end up paying for their purchase of the club, which is clear to me with Hicks being the leverage buy out specialist that he is, was the intention all along. Even ignoring the fact that those massive repayments are going to severely eat into our transfer spending (and remember the whole point of investment was to bring in people with deep enough pockets to ensure transfer funds would not be diminished by stadium debt) , the question i would ask is, what happens when the club's revenue is not enough to meet the repayments? Can anyone see them meeting the repayments through personal wealth when reportedly they haven't put a penny of their own money in, even after this refinance?
