What's wrong with booing ?
Over priced tickets to watch overpaid footballers with little hunger, but nothing we the humble supporter can do about it.
The only response is ...dont go. But that's not going to happen now is it.
The money involved in football now is out of most fans comprehension, we now have the worlds rich brigade fighting over ownership, not for the love of football but for the love of money.
Players are earning silly money and good luck to them I wouldn't turn it down.
All I know is that it costs me a fortune to be a fan, everywhere you turn costs you money, they try endlessly to prize the pounds from our pockets. I'm surprised you don't have to pay a quid for for a jimmy at half time yet, but mark my words that'll happen soon. I hate the way everything to do with the club is to generate funds at any cost.
So boo if you want to, if you're not happy with what's in front of you, you paid for the right to boo.
Having said that, at halftime yesterday I couldn't see the need to boo, real football was back, we had a game on our hands, our superstars were humbled, the silly money they are paid each week counted for nothing, they needed to stand up and be counted second half, they sort of ..did.
There's too much talk of money nowdays, But real Football is out there, as yesterday proved, H & W played their hearts out against superior talent and made a real game of it.
Booing wasn't needed , but applause was.
