Interesting thread.

Rafa seems to be 'defence first' sort of manager who would be happy with a draw away from home (Italian mentality) but if we are to challenge the top three and get that Champions League spot, we need to WIN games.

The 'future' has been resolved yet Rafa and the players aren't tying their boots and pulling their socks up (in whatever order it goes in).

We need money for quality all over the pitch. We need serious investment.

Yes and the players are totally blameless aren't they?
Gerrard, Carragher, Riise, Alonso, Kuyt, Finnan, Voronin have all performed miracles this season, played out of there skin every one of them.
I don't ****ing think so, they need to take a long, hard look at themselves, the overpaid, moany cunts.
I'm so ****ing frustrated atm, i'm sure i'm not the only one either.
We're becoming an embarrassment, on and off the pitch.

I think a lot of our players need to have a good long look at themselves. The effort they are putting in is well below what they are capable of. They need to sort themselves, I don't give a toss whether they like or have faith in Rafa, when they are on the pitch they need to put a lot more in.

Why do people instantly shoot down others who even utter the words Rafa and sacked/resign in the same sentence? When will everyone take off there rose tinted spectacles!!!

Players are to blame. Lets face it, the likes of Voronin are not the kind of players we need to win the title or even challenge.

Fact of the matter is Rafa is picking the wrong players. Crouch scores yet doesn't play in the league. Finnan is past it, no decent left back and no proper wingers. These are problems we had when Rafa took over and they are still there. He's more concerned with spending £17m odd on Mascherano.

The situation is beyond a joke. Turned into a nightmare

An utter joke of a football match & to make matters worse I was switching to the Manure Pompey game every so often because our game was so poor & I hate to say it but we are NOWHERE NEAR the Scum. I would be embarrased to collect my wages if I was an LFC player after this game.
Also Baros is back who I would take over Crouch, Kuyt & Voronin any day!!! I'm sick & tired of our over-paid useless players - does my head in!!!
