Rafa has brought all this criticism on himself. There are no excuses for being 7th in February with the squad we have. The team looks demoralised and Rafa looks clueless as to how fix it. Something drastic needs to happen asap.

Its not like he's picking the team to lose and I dont think the players are doing it on purpose. But th spark has gone now. Hicks and Gillett have done this but they aint going nowhere so Rafa aint going to win.
