Barring a massive turnaround, or us winning the Champions' League, Rafa's got to go at the end of the season. I've been losing faith in him ever since our December swoon. We may not have as good a squad as United or Chelsea, but we're not this bad...year after year we go through long stretches of performances that are completely devoid of both style and substance.

With the exception of Gerrard, nobody looked good yesterday. Even Torres has been playing like **** as of late. I don't believe that an entire squad goes to **** all at once...the manager's got to be held responsible.

We'll be lucky to make the UEFA Cup next year...

Gerrard??!! How in the **** did the cunt look good?

Big Sami, Benayoun and Lucas are the only 3 that could look themselves in the mirror last night and not see a coward staring back.

**** me Coops you are on the ****ing money every time ... Sami kept us 1 goal from winning that game, putting up with a constant onslaught, Benny made a match winning tackle to stop a definite goal as welll as been the most active player on the park and Lucas changed the game completely immediately we started to have chances on goal.

Think Rafa got his tactics wrong on this occasion. The Midfield bare benny were nowhere to be seen, our strikers got no service our wing backs were utter ****e and poor Dirk is a broken man

F#ck me it really is like a jungle in here. I think what is most frustrating is I felt under Rafa we finally had the manager to break up the Manc/Arse/Chav premiership monopoly. He seemed to have a vision and the club finally had direction again. Unfortunately all his good work over the last 3.5 years seems to have evaporated in a few months. Where do we go from here?
          Dare we believe

Can anyone tell me what Carra was thinking?
Nah. He won't win the Prem. You can quote me on that. - Sarb24

I don't ****ing think so, they need to take a long, hard look at themselves, the overpaid, moany cunts.
I'm so ****ing frustrated atm, i'm sure i'm not the only one either.
We're becoming an embarrassment, on and off the pitch.
[B]I think that is have come to be an embarassemt on and off the pitch...[/B But I am still 100% behind the Rafa, whilst he is manager our of team

is the correct answer.. Rafa has a game plan and it is up to the chosen 11 to follow that plan... Clearly to many of our so called spine are just not pulling thier weight, coupled with the fact that we have alot of deadwood once again..and 1 or two players that are clearly past it to be honest...

It's been said a few times, but when a manager has a gun pointed at his head, there only ever seems to be one end result, and the longer it gets dragged out, the worse it gets.

A vote of confidence from Hicks has made **** all difference. I can't see the light at the end of the tunnel at present. I don't think we will find a better manager than Rafa, but the position he's been put in seems to be destroying his team.
That's because no one believes him

Totally agree with those comments. It is clear to see the damage all this **** has done... From the Boardroom to the players our club has to dig deep and find a solution to this horrendous slump and fast... HICKS do you see what ****ing with Tradition does..

2.5 years with relatively small funds and then another year having total cunts as owners who have shattered the team's spirit and confidence with their off pitch antics and undermined the manager's position.

Yeah, clearly Rafa has to go.

              ******s.
It makes me laugh that most of the die hard Rafa supporters are getting the knieves sharpend to stab him in the back... FFS we have just put months of **** behind us and Just because Hicks comes out and states I BACK RAFA isn't suddenly going to make everything ok again.. Afterall do you think the staff and palyers believe a work of what Hicks said... Now stop the ****ing Rafa baiting and get behind the Manager and Team...

What’s happened? What has happened to our club? Can you believe how quickly our optimism has degenerated into dejection.

The club is fcuked, the owners are thieves, our brilliant manager is beaten, the players are revolting, the fans are up in arms, the future is uncertain. Last night sums it all up. It’s the end of the Benitez reign and with that, the end of the Liverpool revival that has been building for the last 4 years. Time to start again, and this time, the are many more powerful teams waiting and more than capable of taking our place at the top of the pecking order.

We could be back to mid-90’s mediocrity by next season, and with that, with the gulf in class in teams growing year on year, could be the real disaster.

                  What went wrong?

Sadly many seem to be buying into the media hyperbole and their ****e agenda.

                      Excellently?

So I guess you didn't see Porto away, Marseille home, Birmingham home, Wigan away, Tottenham home, Besiktas away, Blackburn away, Reading away and Derby away?

And that's ignoring some of other games, like the actualy derby, when Rafa was tactically out-thought by David flipping Moyes until Gerrard did his usual rescue act.

If that is your version of "excellent" then you must have been brought up in the Souness era.

If you list all the injuries we have had during those 4 months, you will see that infact it was very good.
