Ol' Dirks having a rough time of it recently. His confidence is at an all time low and that is seriously affecting his game. I mean he used to be a regular in the Dutch squad. You can't say he's suddenly been found out after 5 years.

I think a fresh start for him elsewhere would be best for all parties involved
