Jesus, that is a sweeping generalisation.

I can't find it in my heart to cheer on a group of players that aren't part of my club. Sorry if that sounds a bit stupid but I like to see the Liverpool lads do well for England but as far as I'm concerned I'm rather see Liverpool win the EPL or CL than watch England win the WC.

We're a bit buggered without Torres in the side but we only have ourselves to blame. One top quality striker, one good striker who the manager doesn't like to play and two very average footballers make up our strike force.

Cheyrou was much more of a talent than kuyt, he had a good eye for a pass and read the game well, he suffered from a lack of confidence. if Cheyrou had kuyt drive and passion he'd probably still be here...

It's off-topic like but I agree. Cheyrou is/was a very talented player - lots of technical ability. As you say is downfall was a crippling lack of confidence and self-belief.
