I think we should wait to see how he does until January before judging him. He hasn't been great this season but in general neither has the team. He has always crossed from too deep for my liking, but he is actually a decent crosser of the ball. I think he has the potential to get better and I think Rafa will get the best out of him in the long run. I just feel we need to bed in as a team before we start seeing the best of him.

My main concern seems to be his decision making ability - too often he seems to pick the wrong ball. Early cross when there is no-one there, late cross when the defence is organised.

Hope he starts to pick up his performances. It's early days yet.
