Doesn't mean **** all. What he says in the media doesn't necessarily reflect the reality of it.

If you want team selections and injury updates there's no one better, for obvious reasons. He's in the dark as the rest of us on stuff like this.

I posted this elswhere, but the news is the Americans have agreed to sell but DIC have refused to buy at their price. DIC have verbally agreed with Gillett, but Hicks is trying to re-negotiate, wanting more money or a small shareholding.

On the subject of Hicks being a minority shreholder, from what I was told, it seemes very unlikley, although he was in Dubai for 2 days trying to sort out a compromise.

They have also warned the yanks to stay out of Anfield and stay out of the press, or else the deal is off.

I have been told to expect something concrete in 2-3 weeks
