Moores and Parry ****ed it up, nothing we can do to change it. We can at them but we can't change what happened.

Both of them will be out soon and they are now trying at least to sort out the mess the club now are in before they vanish and will be remembered as the two men that almost sank the club.

I don't disagree with that, I think they ****ed up big time, possibly because they were happy with Gillette, they totally failed to get Hicks on the radar and check him out.
It will be interesting to see if their ‘faith’ in Gillette is born out in the next few weeks/months cos he (GG) still has a role to play in all this with regard to who he sells his shares to.

It's a mess of a situation to be honest. Have to wait and see what happens. Hicks in total control is the worst situation we could be in

Moores and Parry are to blame for a large part in this, but they've been consistently crap for a long time. The fears that many of us had at the time DIC pulled out have been proved almost right. They could never be trusted to do the right thing on the financing.

If you look at their backgrounds here we have two guys who have been bankrupt, one destroyed Corinthians and has a website made up by Stars fans against him. So this "Legal obligation" is bull****. I have to say the haste with which the deal with the yanks was completed has always troubled me as well, and I certainly agree that one of the main factors was that Parry/Moores wanted to save face after DIC pulled out. Which tells you all you need to know about Parry & Moores as business men.

rafa knows parry is a complete and utter ****wit of a man and would of done his own checking BEFORE any official bid was made.

I agree that the best offer is not always the 'biggest' one financially, but I can assure you they would have had a definitive obligation to the minor shareholders, I guarantee it.............
