Yes. It's the way we've always been run. He wants the new investor to have no say in the running of the club. Basically he wants to be a dictator.

Hicks must have had an idea DIC wanted a say, 49% worth of say, he is not that daft, so why talk to them ?. And if he has the money to buy Gillet as per the agreement then why did he speak to DIC at all to see if it could work.

He is deffo pimpin us round the states, the problem is there are enough rich people willing to have a punt at Hicks grand plan. They either have yet to agree or he has not found them yet.
