Sarb, I understand where your coming from here, and you know i wasnt having a got at you in this instance. Yes i think there is an endemic bickering and divisive culture among Liverpool fans, and in particular scouse ones. As a born and bred scouser myself i think i can say that!! Arguing a point, even when it gets heated, is normal your quite right. My being quick to have a go at Rashid is based on years of having to put up with his anti LFC drivel and hypocrisy, thats all.
As for being a legendnah mate, more of a leg end. I'm certainly not allowed to have a go unchallenged, ask Lecter!! I just post when i can and TRY to be objective.

As things stand right now Gillett and Hicks are 50-50, so I can only assume that Gillett's near silence on this matter is due to the fact that he has been kept quiet as he has struck a deal to sell, hopefully to DIC.

Hicks is playing the media game and lying through his dentures. I think it is only a matter of time now and he will have to sell up.

I wouldn't be surprised if we heard almost nothing from any of them for a while, apart from rumours in the press. Given Hicks spat the dummy about DIC using the media, it's likely he has insisted on a media blackout as a condition of further talks.

do you know what mate?your views make even more sense now that ive read your opinion on the situation as a whole

this is where I am coming from, I believe there are others Steve101 for example who are of a similar mind and we all resent people like Sarb and Rashid painting us as apologists when it is obvious we have put more thought into it than they have.

one thing i will say,and its only something that i thought so maybe im the only one who thought it.

some of the posts come across as "setting people straight" and can seem a bit patronizing,some could also be considered abuseive,so i think that might be a problem some people may have with you and steve in particular.

thats probably why certain things get said that arent really meant.

but thats by the by mate,your whole post was a good read.
