It's called "Blowing the Whistle" an available on Amazon.

had David James written his autoboigraphy yet. I'm sure given he seemingly looks bright enough it would be a good read

I got about a 3rd of the way through before putting it down for good.

          A bloody awful book.

"If Gerrard continues to play up front, leaving this lack of creativity and intelligence in Midfield, the season WILL be over by Xmas."

I still don't think we'll finish in the top 4 this season."

                      Why read it?

What did you expect a 25 year to write in his autobiography?

It was alrite, nothing special but an insight into our captain's life, thats all.Afteral, all he is is a very talented footballer from a very average background.

I'm one of those that feels that footballers should write these books once they have hung up their boots.

'Football is a simple game based on the giving and taking of passes, of controlling the ball and of making yourself available to receive a pass. It is terribly simple.'

                      Bill Shankly.

Apparently he thinks HE is mates with Battiston now but Battiston wants nothing to do with him. Or so im told anyway.

I thought Pele's autobiography was a very good read!

He did it the right way imo when he had finished his career when he had something interesting to write about not like these over payed pre madonas in their mid twenties
no disrespect to stevie g of course
I don't care as long as we finish above the blue ****e

Phil Thompson's Autobiography ('Stand up Pinnochio') is a decent read. I read it straight after I'd read Fowler's book so it was a nice balance with regards to the incident before the Community Shield match and Fowler subsequently leaving.

DOnt know whether it was just poorly worded or something, but he came across as thinking he was all that.

So I shouldn't buy this book then?

Which Liverpool autobiographies should I buy? I have the Fowler one.
