It's took you all this time to pull that up from extensive googling?

They may not have given them 'satisfactory responses.' I'm not privvy to the private discussion between them, are you?

The fact still remains that they couldn't complete with DIC until they had presented the G&H bid to shareholders. That's what caused the delay.

Yes, Moores had to consider the G&H bid but he didn't had to accept it. He also had to look at what bid that was best for the club, he didn't do that.

It's more than the highest bid to consider when you sell your majority stake.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

I think both Moores and Parry let the club and the fans down with the decision but hindsight is a great thing. They fell for the yanks gusto just like we did. At least they are trying to make amends.
            Dare we believe

Yawn, let's face facts. Nobody, aside from those involved, know the real truth about the matter.

              Anything else is pure speculation.

Let's wait to see what happens and then read about it in Parry's/Moores book in 5 years time.

The Inter game is on in a while too.
Winning an argument on the internet is like winning the special olympics, even if you win you are still a retard!
