I should've placed bets that you would be the one to pick up on this.

I remember Mark Smyth.......this is very true.
He played for Bangor City last season in the Welsh premier. Steve Bleasdale was their manager - remember him from 'Big Ron Football Manager' on Sky?

Anyone remember Mike Marsh, I saw him a few years back playing for Southport, after injury ended his professional career he played well for a few non-league clubs and did quite well.

I always remember him from that Auxerre game,

anyway there's some stuff from wikipedia here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mike_Marsh_(footballer)

Also not long ago I was visiting family in Dunfermline and discovered that Istvan Kozma was a Dunfermline Legend, which shocked me I can tell you!

                            I detect sarcasm.

You did say he was taking the piss - which I don't think he was.

Gary Gillespie is a commentator on LFC tv,

Phil Neal occasionally pops up on tv and radio to be interviewed on all things LFC and get paid for his valuable time, also plays in the Masters. not sure if he does anything else.

Colin Irwin - Forgive my ignorance, but who is he?
